The herbal quality of ganoderma is unique. I drink the tea on the morning and evening. I am ordering them separately now; ganoderma and decaffeinated green tea.

Not sure that this is one of its intended features, but I swear that it keeps me regular. If I miss drinking a cup two days in a row, the second day will be tough. Drink one cup on the third day, and I'm back to normal. I'm going to assume that it's also helping me in other ways. I don't know; I should have my annual blood tests done to see.

Received a couple of tea bags of this from a friend. This reishi green tea is a little more astringent than regular green tea because of the reishi. As a big fan of the mega mushroom, after finishing my samplers, decided to get more. I’ve also got the reishi black tea, taste-wise the black tea is better. So as the coffee. So far very happy with my purchase.
