My first impression is that this is a very high quality product. It is certified organic and sustainably produced. It is gluten free, non-GMO, and Vegan. Reishi mushrooms have been thought to boost the immune system, reduce stress, lesson fatigue and improve sleep. I have started taking three capsules a day, per the recommended dosage. I haven't experienced any adverse effects but hope to see positive ones soon!
